Easter Cards and Scrappy Resolution 2013 - March

I shared my 2013 scrappy resolution in this post.  Three months into the year and I'm still keeping up with it!  I'll admit that I did only use one sheet of paper from past March kits, but I have had a slow month creatively.
I wanted to make some Easter cards and went to Danielle Flanders' blog for some inspiration.  She had created an adorable Easter card with a bunny instead of the "A" in the word happy and I borrowed that idea.  I went through my past March kits and found a cute pink plaid patterned paper from Jenni Bowlin and used that as the base.
I made a few more with a little bit different design using some Crate Paper and Echo Park papers from my stash.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the bunnies, flowers and grass.
Have you made any Easter cards this year?  Please share if you have!
Have a great week!

February 2013 Studio Calico kit - Front Row

Yikes!  Has it really been almost a month since I blogged?  It is already time for another post showing all of the projects that I made with the month's Studio Calico kit from the time the kit arrived until the next month's kit showed up at my door.
This month, I got three projects done with the February Studio Calico kit, Front Row.
The first layout I created was "Photo Booth Love."  There was a photo booth at my friend's wedding last September and I have been trying to scrap the photo strip ever since then, but I couldn't come up with a layout.  This month's kit gave me the inspiration I needed with the hearts, the arrows, and the black and white wide ribbon.  I used some Crate Paper products from their new "Fourteen" collection.
The next layout was created to document Winter Storm Nemo.  I thought the blues and grays of the kit would be perfect for a winter page.
The snowflake stamps were from an older kit.  I topped them with little circles of vellum and some pearls.
My last project was a card.  The mustache clips that came in the kit made me think of a man's birthday card.  I started looking for patterned papers for the card and ended up with more of a color scheme for a  "little man," so I went with it.
So, how many projects did you get done with Front Row?  I'd love to hear!
Have a good week everyone!
